Welcome to AutoPing Renewal Alerts ("AutoPing," "we," "our," or "us"), a mobile application developed by Neon Goat Studios.
AutoPing helps users manage vehicle documents, renewal dates, and reminders by securely storing vehicle information and providing notifications before important documents expire. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use AutoPing.

Information We Collect
Vehicle Information
You may voluntarily enter:
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- License plate number
- Chassis/VIN number
- Engine size and vehicle class
- Notes related to the vehicle
This information is used solely to provide vehicle management and reminder services.
Document Information
You may upload or enter information related to:
- Vehicle registration
- Fitness certificates
- Insurance documents
- Road licenses
- Other vehicle-related documents
Information may include expiry dates, renewal dates, certificate numbers, notes, uploaded images, or scans.
Document Photos and Scans
Uploaded images may be processed using automated extraction technologies to identify information such as:
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- License plate number
- Expiry dates
- Certificate numbers
The extracted information is used only to populate fields and improve user convenience. We do not sell, rent, or share uploaded document images for advertising purposes.
Subscription Information
If you purchase AutoPing Plus, subscription status, product identifiers, purchase receipts, and entitlement information may be processed through our subscription provider.
Payment information is processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your credit card information.
Notification and Device Information
AutoPing may store reminder schedules associated with your account to notify you about expiring documents, upcoming renewals, and overdue documents.
We may automatically collect device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
Advertising Information
AutoPing Free may display banner advertisements. AutoPing Plus users do not see ads.
When ads are shown, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may collect or process limited information to deliver, measure, and protect ads, such as device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interaction data, crash data, diagnostics, and performance information.
AutoPing does not use uploaded document photos, scans, license plate numbers, chassis/VIN numbers, certificate numbers, or vehicle document details for ad targeting.

AI Document Scanning
- The uploaded image may be temporarily processed by automated systems.

Advertising
AutoPing Free may include banner advertisements. AutoPing Plus users do not see ads. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob or similar providers.
Advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interaction data, crash data, diagnostics, and performance information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and maintain ad security.
AutoPing does not use your uploaded document photos, document scans, license plate numbers, chassis/VIN numbers, certificate numbers, renewal notes, or vehicle document details for ad targeting.
You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings, Apple or Google account settings, or other platform-level privacy controls.
Cloud Storage
AutoPing uses secure cloud services to store account information, vehicle records, document information, and uploaded document images. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect stored information. However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement verification.
Apple App Store for iOS purchases and subscription processing.
Google Play Store for Android purchases and subscription processing.
Google AdMob or similar advertising partners for displaying and measuring banner ads in the free version of AutoPing.
Email Providers for account verification, password resets, and service-related communications.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers necessary to operate AutoPing
- With advertising partners to display, measure, and protect banner ads for Free users
