Welcome to AutoPing Renewal Alerts ("AutoPing," "we," "our," or "us"), a mobile application developed by Neon Goat Studios.

Use of AutoPing

AutoPing Renewal Alerts is a reminder and organization tool for vehicle-related documents. The app helps you store document details, track expiry dates, upload document photos, use supported smart scanning features, and manage renewal reminders.

AutoPing is not a government service, insurance provider, licensing authority, registration authority, legal advisor, or official renewal platform. AutoPing does not renew vehicle documents for you or submit documents on your behalf.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for renewing your vehicle documents on time and for confirming that any saved dates, reminders, scanned details, uploaded photos, or entered information are accurate. You should always verify your document information before relying on it.

AutoPing reminders are provided as a convenience only. You remain responsible for meeting all renewal deadlines, even if a notification is delayed, missed, disabled, blocked, or not delivered.

No Official Notice Replacement

AutoPing does not replace official government, insurance, licensing, registration, inspection, or other renewal notices. You should always follow the requirements and deadlines set by the relevant official agency, insurer, or service provider.

Notifications and Reminders

AutoPing may send reminders before vehicle documents expire if notifications are enabled on your device. Reminder delivery can be affected by device settings, notification permissions, operating system restrictions, time zone settings, internet connectivity, battery settings, app updates, and other factors outside our control.

Smart Scanning and AI Extraction

AutoPing may offer smart scanning or AI-assisted document extraction to help fill document details faster. These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unable to read certain documents.

You must review and verify all scanned or extracted information before saving or relying on it. AutoPing is not responsible for mistakes, missed renewals, penalties, losses, or consequences caused by inaccurate or incomplete scanned information.

AutoPing Plus Subscriptions

AutoPing Plus may provide paid features such as expanded vehicle capacity, document photo uploads, smart scanning, AI document scans, renewal guidance, removal of ads, or other premium tools.

AutoPing Plus may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact subscription title, price, duration, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase. Subscription features, limits, pricing, and availability may vary by platform, country, app version, store configuration, or promotional offer.

Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are handled through the applicable app store and supported subscription systems, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by the applicable app store. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, depending on the app store’s rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your AutoPing account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Free Plan and Ads

AutoPing may offer a free plan with limited features. Free users may see ads in the app. Ads may be served by third-party advertising providers. AutoPing Plus users may receive an ad-free experience while their subscription is active.

Refunds

Subscription payments, refunds, and billing issues are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google Play through the account used to make the purchase.

Account Deletion

You may delete your AutoPing account from within the app where this feature is available. Account deletion removes your AutoPing account data from our systems, subject to limited retention where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, backup, or compliance reasons.

Deleting your AutoPing account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AutoPing, attempt to access another user’s account or data, interfere with the app’s security or systems, upload content you do not have permission to use, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Third-Party Services

AutoPing may use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, notifications, smart scanning, AI processing, and app store billing. Your use of AutoPing may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

Privacy

Your use of AutoPing is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://www.autopingalerts.com/privacy.html .

Changes to AutoPing or These Terms

We may update AutoPing, its features, subscription benefits, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AutoPing after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Goat Studios is not liable for missed renewals, expired documents, penalties, insurance issues, legal issues, service interruptions, incorrect user-entered information, scanning errors, AI extraction errors, missed or delayed notifications, subscription issues, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AutoPing.
